Questions
- Do you take a cut of my fees?
- No, never. Students pay you directly through your own Razorpay account. Our fee is a separate monthly bill.
- Who counts as a student?
- Anyone with access to one of your courses on the busiest day of the month, through a subscription or a manual enrollment. You and other school admins don't count, and nor does a student once they finish their courses.
- How much lesson video can I store?
- Every school gets 20 hours of lesson video, counted as the total length of the videos you keep. Beyond that, each extra 10 hours, or part of it, adds ₹499 a month on the standard and founding prices alike: 21–30 hours adds ₹499, 31–40 hours adds ₹998, 41–50 hours adds ₹1,497. We measure your library at the end of each month.
- Who pays the payment gateway fees?
- Razorpay charges its usual fees on your students' payments to you. We add nothing on top.
- How and when do I pay?
- We bill on the 1st for the previous month. Pay within 7 days by online payment link or bank transfer. Your students keep full access even if a bill is late.
- Is there an annual plan?
- Yes: pay for 12 months upfront at 10 times the monthly fee. If you grow beyond the students you paid for, the extra students are billed every 3 months.
- When does billing start?
- Setting up your school is free, and so is the rest of the month it goes live. Billing starts with your first full month.
